Our First Snow came...it was so much fun! The kids didn't stay out long, because it was wet. Now it's dry and I'll get better pics:)
Logan made a huge snow ball!

And of course he chased Brooke with it! LOL

My kiddos are so funny sometimes!

And then of course I watched from my desk at work as the men decorated the town tree I wanted pic of them in the bucket hanging ornaments, but nothing turned out good. so here they are inspecting their work. they went and filled in places later that they felt werwe to empty.

Diet Journal

Well, I forgot the journal at home today so I'll have to try to remember.
I have been averaging 2000 calories a day. I'm trying to do as Stacey said. Start at 2000, don't beat myself up and keep cutting calories as I can:)

I haven't been working out. which is my downfall. I have to workout to loose weight and need to discipline myself.

Keep on me, and if your around me watch me:)

220!!!!!

Okay it's official......I NEED TO DO SOMETHING!

I weighed in on Tuesday at 220 lbs! The heaviest I've ever been. Haven't been there since I was prego with Lucas. So here is whats up. I am officially changing my life. I have started a workout routine and diet plan.

I will be reporting in every day on this blog, so you can help me. Be my conscience. My goal is to intake no more than 1600 calories a day and to work out 6 days a week.

Tuesday : Weight 220 lbs

I took in 2560 calories...ouch! And I did my first 1/2 hour aerobic workout
I did a great job in my workout and was sore all day. I also stayed active all day. Working in the shop with my brother moving and cleaning out the garage. This helped a little also.

Wednesday
I took in appx 2000 calories, but failed to do my workout
Today was really hard. I was really sore and sick ta boot' so I didn't get anything done. Stayed in bed most of the day, and then when I got up I was so hungry that I kinda binged.

Thursday
I took in 2450 calories and again failed to do my workout.
I went grocery shopping early in the morning. I also did some Christmas shopping. I did well on my morning of course..Oatmeal, yum. However 3:00 came and I being hungry stopped off at taco bell instead of grabbing some of the healthy food I just bought! BAd ME!

So needless to say, I'm not off to a good start. As a pattern I tend to do well in the morning and as the day goes on get worse. I will be logging in to report the day after, I will be telling all my food and calories and my workout. So Here we go!

Morgan's Third Painting

Morgan's third painting. She watched Bob Ross paint on a recording we have. Through much frustration and telling her grandma it was ugly, and with a lot of rewinding. She finally got to this. I've tried to copy Ross and let me tell you......my daughter is so talented. It turns out this doesn't really look like his at all, but the talent and potential are definitely there.

The punching Bag

After talking on the phone with him, I feel like a punching bag....completely bruised inside. Beat up, exhausted like I've been fighting a battle.

It is not an enemy who taunts me—
I could bear that.

It is not my foes who so arrogantly insult me—
I could have hidden from them.

Instead, it is you—my equal,
my companion and close friend.
What good fellowship we once enjoyed
as we walked together to the house of God.
Let death stalk my enemies;
let the grave swallow them alive,
for evil makes its home within them.
But I will call on God,
and the Lord will rescue me.
Morning, noon, and night
I cry out in my distress,
and the Lord hears my voice.

He ransoms me and keeps me safe
from the battle waged against me,
though many still oppose me.
God, who has ruled forever,
will hear me and humble them.
For my enemies refuse to change their ways;
they do not fear God.
As for my companion, he betrayed his friends;
he broke his promises.
His words are as smooth as butter,
but in his heart is war.
His words are as soothing as lotion,
but underneath are daggers!
Give your burdens to the Lord,
and he will take care of you.
He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.
But you, O God, will send the wicked
down to the pit of destruction.
Murderers and liars will die young,
but I am trusting you to save me.
