7 lbs!!!

Wow! I can't belive it. I had decided to try to loose weight over the holidays, but had stopped counting when cookies and fudge began coming out. It was just too depressing.

so when I jumped on the scale the day before new years eve I was shocked! I know that I had turned down the extras, started eating smaller portions on saucers rather than plates. Done a little more physically. Stopped watching as much television since it seems to be my weakness for snacking. It's amazing what will happen when you eat consciously.

I'm so excited. I'm going to start journaling my meals again, no sense in stopping now;)
